GENIE TECHNICS mobile training model of an instrumented and automated electric hoist. The station combines a two-axis hoist (lifting and travel), a 20 kg pedagogical payload, braked three-phase gear motors, pendant local control, a PLC, an HMI and a digital twin. The model operates independently. AI teaching assistance can explain concepts, help interpret measurements and suggest diagnostic paths. It never commands the lifting chain or the safety chain.
