Data collected through forms

When you use our contact or quotation forms, we may receive your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, country, product references, quantity, indicative budget and the content of your request.

Purpose and basis

This information is used solely to assess your request, prepare a technical or commercial response and provide related follow-up (pre-contractual steps taken at your request). It is not sold or used for advertising campaigns.

Retention and security

A commercial enquiry with no further action is retained for no longer than 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. Technical and organisational measures protect data against unauthorised access.

Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4)

The website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-PERSFP2LYK), provided by Google, to produce visit statistics: pages viewed, language, product sheets opened, clicks to contact and successful form submissions (without name, email, telephone or message content). IP addresses are anonymised and no advertising features are enabled (Consent Mode v2: advertising storage denied). The Google Analytics script is loaded only after your consent. Cookies and consent

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse audience measurement. Without consent, no measurement cookie is set. If you accept, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies (Google default lifetime: up to 2 years). Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage (key gt_consent_analytics_v1). You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page or by clearing the site data in your browser. The website uses no advertising cookies.

Data transfers

Audience-measurement data is processed by Google and may be transferred to and stored outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States, under Google’s contractual safeguards. Form submissions are processed by GENIE TECHNICS and its technical hosting and email providers, solely to operate the service. [To be completed: hosting provider name and country].
