GENIE TECHNICS mobile training bench for measuring cylinder force with data acquisition. The station combines a double-acting pneumatic cylinder, a load cell, pressure sensors, a PLC, an HMI and a digital twin. The bench operates independently. AI teaching assistance can explain concepts, help interpret measurements and suggest diagnostic paths. It never commands the cylinder or the safety chain.
